Abstract

Myofascial pain is an additional factor, which leads restriction of the capacity of movement in patients with lateral tibial plateau fractures. Early moving is very important for fast and adequate recovery of these patients. Affecting pain-syndrome in these cases gives opportunity for better rehabilitation and elimination of the pain. In our research we found out that dolorimetric value was reduced in cases where these methods were enlisted in the rehabilitation program. At the same time we discovered better movement capacity in these patients. Modern social-economic conditions call for necessity of faster and more complete recovery of the patients. Thus it becomes necessary described methods to be used in the rehabilitation.
