Abstract
The key problem of rational use of time in health care has been analyzed. Time management is one of the greatest challenges of hospital managers during the difficult period of Bulgarian healthcare reform. Hospital managers need professional skills concerning the cumulating and analyzing the reliable information of the real time expenditure structure for better planning of the time budget.
