AbstractThe combined action of the occupational noise and vibrations is often met in nowadays` industry. The knowledge for the harmful effects from their action upon the auditory and the vestibular analyzers is important for the health care managers, in respect of optimization of the healthcare system, as well as for the achievement of optimal economical and social results. The combined impact of occupational noise and vibrations has significant adverse effects upon the auditory and the vestibular analyzers. Significant deviations from the normal state were found in both audiologic and otoneurologic testing.
