Abstract

Communication as a reason for life and professional satisfaction is the main focus of the present article. Communication competence is a social skill, which can be trained and improved. This is very important for the successful professional realization of the managers. Verbal and non-verbal channels of face-to-face communication, the different possibilities of interrelations between them and some general rules for guiding human interactions are discussed.
