Abstract
The existing problems of management and financing of the municipality health care systems are discussed. A new content of the term “municipality health care system” is proposed – all units realizing medical activities toward municipality citizens. A new managerial functions and potentials of the municipalities for management of ‘municipality health care systems’ are developed. Some new interrelations between municipality and National Health Insurance Fund (including economic ones) are developed too. Functions of the Regional Health Centers are widened with new ones oriented to management of the ‘municipality health care system’.
