Abstract
On the basis of a sociological survey, in the context of the current health reform and health priorities, the essential qualificational elements of the college education in a particular nurse speciality have been analysed. There has been made a review on the status, dynamics and trends of the nurse professional training, realization and growth, having in mind the new health realities and necessities.
