Abstract

This paper reflects important and interesting issues of organizational behavior in healthcare management. The managerial style is not universal – it is concrete according to both the health personnel personal qualities and the organizational tasks particularly. The author discusses the skills health manager should employ in planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling and coordinating at the point of healthcare delivery.
