AbstractDuring the last few years more and more managers discover the importance of the psychological research for the right choice and evaluation of the personnel , which foreordain bigger efficiency in the work of the respective organization. The features and characteristics processed by suitable psychological tests have great significance for the management of the human resources, the motivation of the co-workers , the psychological compatibility of the workplace, team interaction's efficiency.
