Abstract

Statistically true correlation dependences between the rate of diseases and the air pollution are found out in a research about the rate of diseases of the population in the country. That is why: creation of the necessary conditions for using the best technologies; development of legislation and the necessary juridical and administrative conditions for prevention and decreasing the atmosphere pollution in the populated areas, providing health environment and optimal conditions for the health of the population; updating the regulations for quality of atmosphere air and the concentration of harmful substances and waste gases; perfection of the national system for quality control of the atmosphere air; development of a information data base from immovable and movable sources; increasing the qualification of the specialists and enlarging the scientific – applied research about the evaluation of the risk for the health from the atmosphere pollution and its control. will provide everyone’s right to have an environment, leading to achieving health and wealth fare at the highest level. The WHO data shows that 47% of the diseases amongst people are a result of adverse impact on the living environment.
