Abstract
A review was made on the most popular concepts of Process theories of human work motivation: theories of expectancy, goal setting, self-efficacy, reactance, equity theory and theories of organizational justice. Short descriptions were made of the theories of cognitive estimation, reinforcement theory and of some new concepts, combining elements of more than one theories of work motivation. .
