Abstract
Discussed are five different models for financing the health care: direct payment, budget financing, health insurance, health maintenance organization and insurance model with reinforced personal responsibility presented in three previous papers. An attempt is presented to place these models in the framework of such human values as: justice, solidarity, personal responsibility, equity. The conclusion is made that every given model has its own place towards these values.
