Abstract
One of the basic priorities of the contemporary healthcare is its quality. The interpretation of the problem is constructed upon two basic concepts: a description of quality’s components and its measurement. The National health insurance fund pays attention to the development of preconditions for implementation of a system for monitoring and improvement of the quality.
