Abstract
The American pharmaceutical system is divided in three levels: independent pharmacies, hospital pharmacies and chain of pharmacies. They are separate from each other and do not collaborate. The differences are shown, each with its peculiarities. The system of service and supply is cleared. The advantages and disadvantages are cleared.
