Summary
The information concerning public expectation and opinion is necessary for the effective management of healthcare reform. The author represents results from anonymous sociological investigation among Bulgarian and Greek inhabitants. The data show relatively low patients satisfaction from changes in health system. According to public assessment it is necessary to increase professional qualification of the family doctors.
