AbstractOn the basis of the national experience and the experience of a lot of West European and American management schools the characteristics the good manager should have In order to do successfully his every day work are being discussed. A conclusion is being drown that the manager’s characteristics may be developed and perfected in the desired direction which leads to the manager’s professional career and success. There is no such human being to possess all positive managerial characteristics. The ideal manager is on paper only. Reaching the ideal manager should be an aim, an ambition and an every day task for all managers.
